Cherry Blossom

I was on instagram and saw that Robin Moses did cherry blossom nails. I haven't done cherry blossoms since  I first started dong nails. I searched on google for the perfect pic. I came across this one and decided to give it a go. I think I would do these again and spend a little more time. Hope you enjoy.

I used Revlon Fire Fox. I really do love this polish. It has a shimmer in it that is amazing. It is a great holiday polish. It also great paired with Emerald City. This is it with a top coat, it dries matte.

Sorry I have been MIA. I had a bad break on one of my nails. I'm waiting for it to grow a little bit more before I put some nail art on it. For now, I have a mani I did before the break. This is China Glaze Traffic Jam. This is another fall favorite for me. I added some white dots on the side with acrylic paint.

Pat on the Black

Here I have a great fall color by Sally Hansen. I'm so glad that I picked this color up. It is like a deep plum color. Not sure why it's called Pat on the Black, but I don't care. I will definitely be wearing this again. I added pink dots in a triangular pattern for a little spice. Hope you enjoy it.

Green and Gold

Here is a quick post. I have been in a slump lately. I haven't been doing my nails as often. Hopefully this will change very soon. Anyway.......here I used Sinful Colors Leap Flog. I really love this color. I think I want to start sharing my monthly favorites and this will be one of them. I used a L.A. Colors gold polish for the dots. It doesn't have a name on the bottle. I got it at the dollar store. I like the dots bordering the nail and I love green and gold together. Hope you like it.

Green and Gold Fall Mani

Here is another fall mani. I am really feeling the fall colors and manicures. This is very simple manicure. I used Sinful Colors In the Mist from the Enchanted Collection. I used these gold hexagonal glitter things I got from the dollar store.

Candy Corn?

I put a question mark because I am not sure if you will be able to get the look I was going for with this mani. I wanted to do a play on candy corns. I also wanted to use black nail polish. There is something so clean and sexy about black nail polish. I love wearing. I kept staring at my nails. I chose to do one accent nail with orange, white, and yellow acrylic paint. The black is Revlon Black Lingerie. I think I might try a full mani with this closer to Halloween.

Pattern Take Two

You know when I love a look, I do it over and over and over again...lol. These look like a patterned skirt to me. I used Sinful Colors Smokin as the base and pink and white acrylic paint for the pattern. I used the end of an orange stick to create the lines. I think this would look great in many different colors. Enjoy!!

Smooth Sailing

I went into TJ Maxx to exchange a pair of pants for my daughter. Waiting on line I saw a bunch of Essie's that were screaming out my name. They begged me to buy them. I only had enough on me for one. I picked up Smooth Sailing for only $3.99. I want to go back and get more. I am so glad that I picked this color. It is a blue shimmery color. It is amazing. Here is a swatch of it on its own.

How great is this color? I tried to get a good pic of the shimmer.

I couldn't just leave it alone. So I added some hexagonal glitter I got from the dollar store. I like this mani because it is simple.

Pumpkin-ish Nails

I am trying to squeeze in some Halloween nails with my regular manicures. I like crazy nail art for halloween, but sometimes I like some things a little more subtle. I didn't mean for these to look so in season, but they did. They remind me of pumpkins. This is a great orange polish by Gap called Poppy. Love it, it's opaque and has great coverage.

Pattern Nails

I'm not sure what to call these nails. They look like a pattern to me, but not sure what pattern. Maybe you guys could help me out. Anyway, whatever they are called I LOVE THEM!! I know I say that about every manicure, but I swear I love these. I want to try them out in different color combinations. I used Sinful Color Rainstorm as a basecoat and different acrylic paints for the lines. I used a paint brush to make the lines. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do...lol..

Colorful Dots

Well if you know me, you know that I always go back to dot manis. I like to try and switch them up. I love fall because of the darker colors. I really love dark blue nail polish, it's just a pain in the butt to take off. This blue is Essence Just Rock It! I used pink and white acrylic paint for the dots.

Red Roses

I don't typically where red polish but I decided to give it a try. I actually love this color. It is Sinful Colors Cross My Heart. It was a jelly, so it took a few coats. Since I'm a little ehhh about red polish, I decided to add some nail art. I kind of just took black acrylic paint and started painting. They look like roses to me a little. I am definitely feeling the black and red, it's a little sexy to me...lol. Hope you like them.

My Favorite Things Challenge Day 5 Polka Dots

Day 5 of the challenge is polka dots, and if you know me I love dot manis. This color is Wet n Wild On a Trip. This color is soooooooo hard for me to capture. It's really hard for me to get this to come out the right color. I need to upgrade to a better camera. It is supposed to be purple. The first picture shows the design really well, but the color is off. The second picture is not good quality, but shows the color more accurately.
